Snapshot Photography | Professional Standards for Youth & Adult Sports
To ensure the safety, privacy, and dignity of all athletes, Snapshot Photography operates under the following strict guidelines:
My goal is to capture the spirit of the sporting event. I focus exclusively on action shots, team spirit, and sportsmanship. I do not capture images that are compromising, invasive, or disrespectful to any student/athlete or participant.
I will always make myself known to school officials and coaching staff. While on-site, I am happy to identify myself to any participant, parent, or guardian and explain the service I am providing.
I respect the privacy of every participant and their family. If a participant, parent or legal guardian wishes for a specific image of themselves or their child to be removed from the online gallery, I provide a "No-Questions-Asked" removal policy. Upon receiving a request via email or phone, the image will be deleted within 24 hours.
- I maintain a professional distance from athletes at all times.
- I do not engage in private conversations with students or ask for personal contact information.
- I do not photograph in sensitive areas (e.g., locker rooms, changing areas, or medical tents).
Our online galleries are hosted on a secure platform. We do not sell or share the contact information of parents or students with third-party marketing companies. However, when an order is placed, email addresses will be shared with a 3rd party service to automatically deliver the images via the email provided. The Credit Card payment gateway ensures that financial transactions are encrypted and safe.
I operate under the permission of the Institution and adhere to the school’s specific media and safeguarding policies.
