How do I book a shoot?
Email or WhatsApp me the details of your event, such as the date & time of the event, the location, the type of event, duration you need coverage, any other important aspects of the day as well as your expectations from me. We can also arrange an online meeting to go through your specific requirements. Once I have gone through the information you provided I will forward a quotation to be signed. A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Do you offer payment plans?
Unfortunately not, I require an upfront deposit to secure your booking. The balance of your invoice must be settled at least one day before the event date. Photos will not be released before full payment has been received. Penalty fees may apply for late payments.
Do you work internationally?
Not at this stage, sorry.
What is your typical timeline?
I usually deliver images within 48 hours after an event via Google link or WeTransfer. In some cases I can deliver a few highlight photos the same day depending on what time the event will finish.
What payment methods are available?
I offer EFT payments and Credit Card payments through SnapScan.
What happens if I cancel my booking?
The deposit that you paid to secure your booking is non-refundable. If you paid in full and want to cancel, you will be refunded the balance after the deposit has been deducted. Do you travel?
I'm willing to travel to select cities within South Africa. If an event is further than 200km away from my home, or the event is over multiple days, I will then require that my accommodation and travelling costs be covered. This will be included in the quotation prior to finalizing the booking.
How many images will I receive?
The package you chose specifies the amount of images that you will receive. Please keep in mind that it is only an estimate and I tend to deliver more images than what is advertised on the packages.
