Terms of Sale

By purchasing digital images, photo albums, or video footage from Snapshot Photography (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you” or “the purchaser”) agree to the following Terms of Sale. These terms apply specifically to purchases made through our online store at www.snapshotphotography.co.za, www.snapshotgallery.co.za, www.photofrog.co.za/pro/snapshotphotographyza, and via manual sales through email or in-person.
1.1 All products sold are digital photographic images or video footage. No physical items will be shipped.
1.2 Upon successful payment, a download link will be provided. It is your responsibility to ensure access to the correct email and to download your purchase within 30 days.
2.1 All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
2.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the available payment methods on the website.
2.3 We reserve the right to update pricing and discontinue products at our discretion.
3.1 By purchasing an image, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, rights-managed license for personal use only, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Acceptable use includes personal printing, use on personal social media profiles, or sharing with friends and family.
3.3 Commercial, editorial, resale, or third-party use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent and appropriate licensing.
4.1 All images are the intellectual property of Snapshot Photography and remain fully copyrighted.
4.2 You may not alter, remove watermarks (if present), or claim the images as your own.
4.3 Online use must include proper credit (e.g., tagging @snapshotphotographyza or linking to www.snapshotphotography.co.za).
5.1 Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once files have been delivered.
5.2 If you experience issues with downloading your purchase or receive the wrong file, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
6.1 All images and video footage are delivered in high resolution and have been professionally edited.
6.2 Screen display and print color may vary slightly depending on your device or printer settings.
7.1 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss due to the use or misuse of our images.
7.2 While we take care to ensure all downloads function properly, we are not responsible for technical issues on the purchaser’s end.
8.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future purchases.
9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
